Pezens Luxury Villas
We are proud to present this luxurious array of villas situated on the border of the village of Pézens. In the village of Pézens lies an area of land that equates to approximately 22,000m2. There will be several types of villas constructed on plots ranging from 400 m2 – 900m2 making up this development of 19 villas. The four types of villas being built are Paradis, Cavayère, Aubé, and Villeneuve.
Location
Languedoc-Roussillon is a region made up of 5 areas. The southern most area is called “Pyrénées-Orientales”, of which the majority lies within the mountains in the Pyrénees. It is just to the north where you can find the city of Carcassonne, and just a few miles away Pézens village. The village of Pezens is situated between the Montagnge Noire and the Pyrénees. The area where the villas will be constructed is on the outskirts of Pézens, and has a direct view over the vineyards on the Montagne Noire. Available within 5 minutes of your villa, will be a view over the Pyrénees on the opposite side of the village.
There are around 1800 inhabitants in Pézens, and the village includes the usual facilities available in a beautiful, quaint village like this; a post office, boulangerie, butcher, a grocers, a small supermarket and restaurants are all in close vicinity to this small group of well designed villas. Just a 10 minute drive away, can be found the hustle and bustle of city life in Carcasonne with all the supermarkets and shops that could be needed to enjoy your stay in this stunning area of the south of France.
Construction Schedule
Pézens Luxury Villas are scheduled for completion in April 2009.

Payment Terms
We have a refundable reservation fee policy which enables you to hold an apartment for up to 30 days without actually committing to the purchase. This enables you to view the development and do further due diligence prior to signing your contract and paying your first installment. The reservation fee is only refundable if the client views the property for sale in the development within the 30 day period. Only 10% of your reservation fee is retained by us as an administration charge. We will accept verbal reservations which are valid for 72 hours. The refundable reservation fee is €3,000 and should accompany a signed reservation form which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first installment. After 30 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.

20% when the internal walls are finished.

About the Immediate Vicinity
Lots of tourists visit the area of Languedoc-Roussillion and the medieval “Cité” of Carcassonne due to The Canal Du Midi. Finished in 1681, it took 15 years to build and connects the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea via the river Gargonne. Other attractions include numerous churches, abbeys (like the abbey of St. Papoul) and castles. There are many facilities in Carcassonne, and it even has its own international airport, which is only 10 minutes by car to your villa. Toulouse can be found 65km away, and Castenaudary is found at a distance of 25km.
