It is considered to be one of the 6 Celtic Nations and at one point in time was also known as Lesser Britain. 80% of this Brittany falls under the region of Bretagne while the remaining 20% has been combined with other provinces like Maine and Anjou. It is situated between the Bay of Biscay and the English Channel and is popular because of the megalithic monuments. Although these monuments can be found scattered all over the region but the biggest alignment can be found at Karnag or Carnac. From intricately carved sculptures to ancient churches, Brittany has a charm that can only be felt.
